If the search returns no results, nothing is deducted from the user’s balance.
A search takes 1–2 seconds. Requests run one at a time and your position is visible on the search screen.
Money on the balance sits there indefinitely. Only bulk request packages have an expiry date.
Every request and report stays in the dashboard for 90 days: what was searched, when, and how much was charged.
Yes. A standalone licence search costs $2.50, while adding it for an already found person is $1.00: there is no second call to the source.
The result comes back as “not found” and is not charged. We do not sell incomplete records.
