A bulk package is prepaid SSN + DOB searches with API access. The larger the volume, the lower the price: from $1.80 for a single search down to $1.30 in a package. Important: MVR and the credit report are paid separately from the balance at list price. A package has an expiry date — unused searches burn. We will remind you 14 and 3 days before.

No plan gets priority in the queue: the queue is fair and requests run in the order they arrive, and we do not cap processing speed by plan. The only shared limit is 60 requests per minute per account: it protects the queue from a looping program and is the same for everyone.
You pay only for successful searches. Wrong parameters, a source failure or an internal error — nothing is charged. The history of every request shows whether it was paid for and, if not, why.
A new package does not cancel what is left of the old one. The one expiring first is spent first — the order is shown in the dashboard with explicit numbering.
When the term ends, whatever is left of the package is voided. We remind you 14 and 3 days before — by email and with an urgency badge in the dashboard.
Once you pick a package you get an address, the exact amount and a QR code. The package is credited automatically after the transfer is confirmed on the network — no waiting for a decision from us.

No. The speed is the same on every plan. There is one shared safeguard — 60 requests per minute per account, so that a looping program cannot take over the queue. When it trips, the API returns 429 with the number of seconds to wait; the request does not run and nothing is charged.
Plans do not switch — they stack. Buy a package of the size you need and it is added to your current remainder. If your volumes are consistently large, we will discuss custom terms.
A package you already bought keeps working until the end of its term on the original terms. Only the ability to buy it again is withdrawn.
